I introduced Harlan Kilstein in my blog around one year ago. 78 Emails later Harlan launched his “Just 4 Minutes” fitness product. We are crazy foodies. Once a year I weight myself. This time I decided – it´s time to get in balance. I got to move myself:–))) Dr. Izumi Tabata created a 4 minutes fitness program. That sounds a bit ridiculous if you wanna lose some weight. But in fact he created this program years back for a Japanese winter sport national team and was even more successful than the regular work out….
